THE PROJECT
Time Warner Cable engaged Holmes▪King▪Kallquist & Associates to develop a needs assessment for a new structure allowing the company to consolidate four scattered facilities into a single, multifunctional division office. Interviews were conducted with each stakeholder group and a building program was developed. Our final report delineated building area needs, site requirements, and access patterns to be used as a basis for a Request for Proposal to developers. Holmes▪King▪Kallquist & Associates worked with Time Warner Cable and Pioneer Development Company to design and construct a two-story, 108,000-square-foot facility containing corporate offices, studios, system maintenance facilities, and parts warehousing. The project is located on an 11-acre site in Pioneer Business Park and includes parking for 390 cars and 170 company vehicles.
